The Introduction
Every project starts with a short introductory phone call, about 15 to 20 minutes. It is a chance for Gin to learn about your project, walk you through her design process, and make sure her services are the right fit before anything moves forward.How the Design Process Works

By tailoring her services specific to each client’s needs, she is able to provide truly customizable design. Happy to work with your chosen contractor or other design related trades, she can also provide referrals should you need them. It all begins with an idea.
Each project begins with with a 15-20 minute phone conversation to learn about your project, review our design process and determine if her services are a good fit for your needs.
Professional consultation
Following the initial phone call, a 90 minute in-home consultation can be arranged. During the consult Gin will look at all spaces of concern, answer as many questions as possible, discuss design ideas, make recommendations and/or provide referrals as necessary. This paid consultation is intended to provide value.
Making the project a reality
If after the consultation you decide you would like additional help from Gin in implementing the design improvements discussed, blocks of time would be available to purchase and hours would be utilized in a way that best suits your needs. Please note the amount of hours recommended are an estimate, dependent on the size and scope of the project, but can vary due to unforeseen delays or changes made to the design. Once a contract is signed and a deposit received, work on your project begins!
Enjoy the transformation
When the project is completed, Gin will have a final thank you meeting to close your project where she will present a final invoice, collect any payments that may be due and take AFTER photos.
